Usually the e-mail is sent the moment your payment is approved. When payment is made by PayPal the status automatically shows pending because the payment is being deposited. It can take up to 48 hours for PayPal payment statuses to change to deposit. Our system isn’t updated automatically until the payment status is set to deposited.
